Sara Rosales is a first-generation Mexican American entrepreneur, legal professional, and advocate for small business growth. Raised in Oceanside, California in a low-income household, she grew up where business ownership wasn’t often discussed and access to professional networks or resources was limited.
Through her legal education and professional career, Sara noticed a pattern: large corporations often succeed because they have access to tools, guidance, and networks that many small business owners never see. She realized that many talented entrepreneurs — particularly women and minority business owners — had the vision and drive to succeed but lacked the resources to grow.
Motivated by this, Sara founded Mujerex Enterprise to provide guidance, education, and support to entrepreneurs building and growing their businesses. Her vision is to create a space where entrepreneurs feel empowered and inspired, with the confianza to face challenges and the tools to achieve lasting success.
